The ancient Japanese art of flower arrangement. More than just decorative it is a spiritual process that helps one develop a closeness with nature and merge the indoors and outdoors.

I create unique hand built ceramic vases and containers for the purpose of this practice. Keeping in mind the rules and regulations set down by Ikebana Masters.

My method incorporates a journey through the elements. Earth, Fire, Water and Air work together to create the Earthenware. Intentionally collecting the flowers and plant material outdoors. And meditatively arranging them into balance.
